We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damaged Items or Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective;
  • Your item is damaged;
  • You received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and do our best to provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once they have been opened or used.

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned in a condition that prevents resale are not eligible for a refund.

Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to request a return for the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal

Customers in the European Union

In accordance with applicable European regulations, customers residing within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing any reason.

To qualify, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, with its original packaging and proof of purchase.

International Customers (United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and other countries)

Customers outside the European Union may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order under our Return Policy.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.
